Developed a brake problem because of neglegence of a body shop who replaced the rear bumper and muffler. They forgot to tighten the bolts holding the brake caliber and I lost the brake pad and scored the dis shop who replaced the rear bumper and muffler. They forgot to tighten the bolts holding the brake caliber and I lost the brake pad and scored the disc.. The service was great, although I had to beg for a loaner car even though I was having a 5000 mile service, my car detailed, and I asked them to look into a braking issue. I was told they don’t supply loaner car even though I was having a 5000 mile service, my car detailed, and I asked them to look into a braking issue. I was told they don’t supply loaners anymore for anything under 2 hours. Pretty sure all of the above should take more than 2 hours, and it did. They kept it overnight. Also, the drivers seat was still soaking wet when I got in it to go home. More
