The service was great, although I had to beg for a loaner car even though I was having a 5000 mile service, my car detailed, and I asked them to look into a braking issue. I was told they don’t supply loaners anymore for anything under 2 hours. Pretty sure all of the above should take more than 2 hours, and it did. They kept it overnight. Also, the drivers seat was still soaking wet when I got in it to go home. More

We returned from a seven day cruise to discover our Lexus had a dead battery. We were in a parking garage in Miami and had to get a jump to start the car. Without a scheduled appointment, we waited no more than 20 minutes before an advisor, Paul Hildebrand, was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule. Our wait time was minimal and Paul even had all the bugs washed off the car. The experience as amazing. More

Dealer stopped providing a loaner with the scheduled vehicle service as provided in the past 10 years since I've been going to Lexus of Clearwater.
