My most recent visit with the Lexus of Clearwater Service department was due to a failed battery cell which hindered my vehicle's overall performance. All of my services are usually handled by Kevin Mahr. Ho department was due to a failed battery cell which hindered my vehicle's overall performance. All of my services are usually handled by Kevin Mahr. However, he was not available. Nonetheless, Carter Estella and the service department were stellar! I was able to get same-day service followed by completion of the actual service in under an hour and a half. Also, my vehicle was washed and returned to me with care. Great Job LOC! I will definitely return for future repairs. More
