On Friday 8/18 I had an appointment at the Clearwater Lexus location to procure an extended warranty for my 2018 LC500. Prior to my appointment, I was contacted by Mr. Scott with a welcome message. He advised who to ask for and followed again with a welcoming reminder message. I had purchased the LC from a CarMax affiliated dealer in Orlando after shopping all used Lexus LC500’s available in Florida for a number of months including the Clearwater facility. I wish I was able to find what I wanted (and could afford) at this dealership, but it did not work out that way. We met with Sidney Campbell who was exceptional! He was personable, engaging, extremely accommodating with regard to tailoring my warranty to my needs while showing me every option. I cannot stress enough how special I felt, especially given the fact I did not purchase the car from your dealership. I was treated with respect, friendliness and made to feel like a valued customer by Sidney, and Michelle in the service dept. as well. I left the car for 15,000 mi. Check-up and overall assessment. Your service dept. was so impressive from the techs to the service (washing the car) to that beautiful facility. My husband and I are retirees of IBM Corporation which instilled in us the meaning of excellence in work ethic and customer service. Your employees and management model are by far the first company we can say we have encountered in many years that embody those exceptional standards! I would not take my car anywhere else and if I do buy another Lexus, it will definitely be at your dealership. More
I had a very positive experience having my Lexus RX350 serviced on Monday 8/28. Seth greeted me at the service lane and explained the routine service and available options. This was the first service for our new UX250H at Lexus of Clearwater. We had a stone hit the driver’s door and are having some key fob seat memory issues. We dropped the car off and left it there with no req Clearwater. We had a stone hit the driver’s door and are having some key fob seat memory issues. We dropped the car off and left it there with no requirements for it’s return other than those issues be resolved. When we picked up the car the paint chip was covered, but it looked like someone just put nail polish over the chip and you can still see the difference in thickness where the chip is. The setting of the memory seats to each key fob was also not done. Going to Lexus of Clearwater ended up being a total waste of time because they didn’t do half of what I asked, and the other half was done incompetently. It was also my understanding that Lexus vacuumed and washed the car whenever you bring it in and that was also not done. Lexus of Tampa is a longer drive but looks like we will have to make it based on this visit to Lexus of Clearwater. More

My husband is handicapped and when we had a flat tire Clearwater Lexus immediately sent someone to help and got us on the road right away.
