I bring my ES350 to Kevin for service and hes been the best service advisor I’ve ever had for any car. Lexus truly has a higher standard than every other luxury brand out there. Amazing customer service. I was able to be given a ride all the way to Pinellas park for work and then a ride back to get my car.
