But Brandon Bayer was most helpful in providing full information about the vehicle in which I was interested, detailed descriptions of the exterior and interior condition, including blemishes, and service records. Even though the vehicle was a CPO and had been carefully reconditioned, he inspected it himself, took it for a test drive, and reported back to me. He was responsive, but not intrusive. I have every confidence in the accuracy of his judgement and the information he provided, positive and negative (he even steered me away from one vehicle when I first communicated with him). In the end, I decided to buy a different type of vehicle, but had this dealer had one in stock, I would not have hesitated to buy it based solely on Mr. Bayer's representations. More
