Brandon was awesome! He was very straight forward with me throughout the whole car buying process. He never once had an "I can't attitude," but more like an "I will see what I can do or we can do that" a me throughout the whole car buying process. I passed by the one in Orlando and Tampa to get here. This is my third Lexus that I have purchased but first from Lexus of Clearwater and I will have to say it won't be my last. When we walked into Lexus of Clearwater, it was our first day looking for a new car. We were just going to look! Then we were fortunate to be assigned to Roger Kumapayi as our sales person. I called the dealership about a car to make sure it was still in stock, I live over 120miles away, and I spoke with Roger Kumapayi. He had the car ready with the a/c running with the tag in hand for the t still in stock, I live over 120miles away, and I spoke with Roger Kumapayi. He had the car ready with the a/c running with the tag in hand for the test drive. Roger was extremely helpful and honest and it was a HUGE difference from the dealings I had the previous night with Lexus of Orlando. We have purchased over 15 vehicles in our lifetime and this was by far the best purchasing experience we have ever had. From the person that greeted us when we entered the showroom, our sales associate S this was by far the best purchasing experience we have ever had. From the person that greeted us when we entered the showroom, our sales associate Steve Miskiecicz, finance and delivery, everything was perfect. There was never any pressure and everyone was very accommodating to our every need. We called on a Saturday to inquire about the vehicle we wanted because we live too far to go in person. Steve worked all afternoon to get us where we needed to be and even came in on Sunday to send us pictures. We drove down Monday and picked up our Lexus. Thanks again and we will be back for another Lexus very soon. More

I wanted to write you a note to thank you for the opportunity to purchase a Lexus from Roger. I called to the dealership one evening about the 2010 Gold RX350 but no one answered the call. The next d opportunity to purchase a Lexus from Roger. I called to the dealership one evening about the 2010 Gold RX350 but no one answered the call. The next day Roger called me to ask why I contacted Lexus of Clearwater and I told him. From there on Roger was professional, informative, concerned, and open/easy to talk with on the vehicle. I was considering this Lexus and one from a private owner. Roger waited for me at the dealership on his day off till 8pm in order to show me the vehicle. He followed up on the car in the morning even with training, meetings, and the COO of autonation at the dealership. Roger personally came all the way to Zephyrhills,FL (50+ miles) and picked me up to go to the dealership for purchase and pick up. He would not let me out of the dealership until I understood all the features, and capabilities of this vehicle....... He stayed late doing all this because He cares about his customers. I have owned 4 Lexus vehicles and this is the first time I have purchased a Lexus from a dealership. Roger was a big part of the reason we purchased from your dealership. Thanks, Marc More
We traveled 600 miles to this dealership to buy a used car and, not being familiar with them at all, did not know what to expect. However, the dealership, and our sales person Terry Kistner, were excelle car and, not being familiar with them at all, did not know what to expect. However, the dealership, and our sales person Terry Kistner, were excellent. Terry worked with us over the phone and via email to select the right vehicle for us. When we arrived, Terry had everything ready for us to expedite the process. And Nicky was very efficient and helpful in going through the paperwork with us. We could not have been more pleased. It was definitely worth the long drive to get the car of our dreams! More
'Snow Birds' shipping their winter vehicles north are supposedly preventing my new GX from being delivered to me in Maine. My 'One Pay 36 Month Lease' dated March 31st, stipulates that I would have deliv supposedly preventing my new GX from being delivered to me in Maine. My 'One Pay 36 Month Lease' dated March 31st, stipulates that I would have delivery of my new vehicle by the end of April. I have been provided the name & phone number of an 'Auto Transport Broker' who took it upon herself to scold me for purchasing a vehicle at this time of year which requires transporting north and wasn't I aware that many of these 'snow birds' had made their reservations more than a year in advance? Frankly, it never occurred to me that anyone other than Lexus would be transporting my vehicle! The dealership Mgr., Sean King, was 'not authorized' to make any adjustment to my lease agreement such as extending the length of the agreement for time lost or monetarily compensating me in any way, but did offer to either provide me with a free oil change or detailing. That offer was so offensive and utterly ridiculous under the circumstances, I have to chuckle when recalling the offers. I was also asked if I might be interested in something from the gift shop, but had already spent $400 on Lexus bling at the time of purchase. I could not be guaranteed reimbursement for any/all expenditures incurred by flying someone to FL and then having them drive the vehicle home for me. Of course this would be an extra 1500 miles that I would have wanted added to the end of my lease, as I'm not physically able to drive a vehicle that distance and don't want my pre-paid miles wasted on transportation that was already agreed to in my original deal. Without getting into the personal reasons for purchasing my new GX in FL, it was expressly due to convenience; what a total debacle! My local Lexus salesman was very supportive of my decision to move ahead with this purchase initially, but also understands that in spite of me presently owning an SC, and having owned several other Lexus vehicles previously, (which included exceptional service!) I don't foresee myself continuing to do business with Lexus. More
