I saw the Acura TL on autotrader and decided to call in to Lexus of Clearwater of which I spoke to Steve Miskiewicz. He seemed like a very enthusiastic guy from our conversation and I later went in to chec to Lexus of Clearwater of which I spoke to Steve Miskiewicz. This was my second visit to Lexus of Clearwater. I dealt with Brandon as my sales person and he was Great as usual, he was why I went back. I previously drove a 350 Mercedes convertable and was looking for more room and comfort for passengers. I narrowed my search to a BMW X3 and a Lexus RX350. I test drove the different size BMWs and liked the X3. Then I drove the Lexus.......there was no comparison. The interior is much more lavish in the dash, doors, and shift column. There were many more features in the Lexus to make the drive extra comfortable. When driving them, the Lexus feels as if it is floating along. Steve Miskiewicz was so helpful and patient explaining each feature as I drove along. He let me know that I could take as long as I like and ask as many questions as I needed. He added numerous bits of information I would not have thought to ask. His outstanding personality made the visit so enjoyable! Whenever we had to wait for another step in the purchasing process, he made us very comfortable and provided a variety of refreshments. Jerome Harris was also extremely friendly and helpful. The whole Lexus of Clearwater staff had a warm, friendly attitude. After purchasing the Lexus, I believe I will return to Lexus of Clearwater for my next vehicle. I feel extremely pleased with the manner in which the sale was conducted, preprations made for our purchase, and follow-up contact which we received. I feel the extended warranty options offered were exceptional and well worth their cost. If I should need their services in the future, I am very comfortable knowing it will be handled in a very postitive way. After seeing a car in your stock on Internet I was very excited to see and buy the car. it.I was being contacted by Mr. Harris to take the test drive of one of this certified car, about which I requested t excited to see and buy the car. it.I was being contacted by Mr. Harris to take the test drive of one of this certified car, about which I requested the more details too. After driving for more than 30 minutes (from St.Petersburg)when I reached to your dealership to see the car I was being told that the car is not available as it is in the body shop for some bumper touch up. He offered me to see other cars which were not even of my specifications. Any how this is so ridiculous that the person in Internet sales department who works AT THE DEALERSHIP AT THE SAME LOCATION did not know for hours till the customer got there that the car is not available VERY FUNNY AND STRANGE. I would say this is very old and cheap trick to get the customer to the dealership. I REALLY did not expect that from the LEXUS DEALERSHIP. I am Sorry to say Jerome Harris, your sales person does not deserve this job and is going to bring the bad name of dealership and loose the business in bad economy and especially when you are surrounded by your several competitors.The sales tactics like this bring down the reputation of your Dealership.I feel that your sales person has no respect for the customers valuable time and business.You may contact me about this issue on my cell # 727-385-0600.Thx.
