I have purchased my fifth Lexus from Lexus of Clearwater which in itself speaks of my satisfaction with this dealership. My most recent purchase was with Roman Voloshyn. I cannot thank him enough! He spent a great deal of time helping me look at vehicles and ultimately select the perfect one. He answered all of my questions, worked with me and ultimately got me a deal that I had no hesitation in agreeing to. He reviewed the features of the car with me and assisted me in setting up the customized features. He has followed up with me to make certain that I am completely satisfied and have no questions or concerns. I hope Roman stays with Lexus of Clearwater for years to come as he has earned my loyalty and I would love to purchase future vehicles from him. It took less than 21/2 hours from the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I actually negotiated and signed the purchase agreement for the car. I have purchased four cars through David Craig, a Mercedes E55, a Mercedes E350,a Mercedes C250 and a Jeep Liberty Limited, Jet Edition. Since we are in the market for a vehicle for one of our daugh Mercedes E55, a Mercedes E350,a Mercedes C250 and a Jeep Liberty Limited, Jet Edition. Since we are in the market for a vehicle for one of our daughters, I naturally got in touch with David. He has always been professional and very helpful. As before he worked with us to locate the perfect vehicle for our daughter. David is a true asset to the dealership and vehicles he represents. He puts forth the effort to fully understand not only the products and services he can provide but also that of his competitors, making him well versed when discussing the pros/cons of many makes and models. In this way, I know that I do not have to memorize the features of various models when shopping for a new car. As a result, when the leases on our 2012 and 2013 Mercedes end we will most certainly contact David to evaluate leasing a LS and GS as replacement vehicles. (actually we will likely look to replace the Mercedes' when it makes good financial sense). More

I called Lexus and asked for service. Phil answered. After I told him my problem, he said to bring my car right in. They put it on a lift while I waited to determine what was leaking. Since I had had a rebuilt radiator installed less than a year ago he gave me an option of another rebuilt, since it was under warranty, or a new one (taking the price of the rebuilt one off the total). I opted for the latter. It had to be ordered, so I made an appointment to come back and was given a brand new Lexus RX300 loaner. Meanwhile, David Craig had called me to see if I was interested in having Lexus buy my 1999 RX300. Although a new Lexus is in my future, I explained to David that now wasn't the time. There was no pressure. I got my Lexus back (I've had her since she was only 7 miles old--now over 156,000 miles old) and life is good. Oh, and there was no labor charge. Now, that doesn't happen. My next car will be a Lexus and I will go to Lexus of Clearwater to purchase it. More
