I am not an easy person to deal with when it comes to spending money, and Gary's performance was nothing less than stellar. When I wrote that big check for my Lexus, I was writing it because of his time and service. We worked together to make the deal a win-win on both sides. I would highly recommend him to anyone who doesn't have the time or the patience for the typical "car salesman" sterotype. I am extremely, extremely satisfied and would never take the time to write a comment of praise in most cases, but Gary is most deserving. Thanks Gary! You are a Gem! More

A few days ago we bought the RX 350 2013 SUV. This is our 5th Lexus vehicle all bought from Lexus of Clw and from the same salesperson, Ms Christil Pinkerton. In every sale she has been professional, courte 5th Lexus vehicle all bought from Lexus of Clw and from the same salesperson, Ms Christil Pinkerton. In every sale she has been professional, courteous and more than helpful. We have bought other vehicles from other dealerships and none of their personnel were at the high professional level exhibited by Ms Pinkerton. Our new RX is a dream to drive reaching the 'WOW' level in all aspects. We also have a 2008 ES 350 which we'll replace in a couple of years. At that time we hope Ms Pinkerton will be there to assist us with the new purchase. Ms Pinkerton could be a template for other sales people to emulate in working with customers. In addition to be a fantastic salesperson she's also a great human being. More
bought my car a couple weeks ago.. a car with 20k miles...got it .. took it home.. windshield washer didnt work... battery died 6 days after i bought it .. made a noise when turning the wheel all the miles...got it .. took it home.. windshield washer didnt work... battery died 6 days after i bought it .. made a noise when turning the wheel all the way to the left.. rear window defroster did not work... .. i was told i had a 60 day warranty ... now they will lnot stand behind anything.. i realized the battery was not covered so i simply asked for maybe 2 oil changes free.. called my salesman and he has NEVER called back... bought a 5 year 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty from lexus.. took the car in .. the warranty company said the noise was not covered... said the windshield washer was covered.. then they said the defroster wass covered .. thats great as its a 3600 repair.. then i was told it needs another part for the top.. and its 1302.00 and they wont pay that part of the defroster as they paid enough.. so although its part of the same problem they will pay the first 3600 but not the last 1300 ..... so they are goingot half repair it ? so the toyota dealer called lexus and they refused to cover anything under the 60 day warranty... im 60 years old and this is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with .. but we live in one of the largest condos on sand key ( the high rise area of clearwater beach ) and we are sure to tell everyone we meet our opinion of lexus of clearwater... UPDATED !!!!! the sales manager sean king called me today ... listened quietly for a full 5 minutes to my complaints.. he explained that he was unaware of the entire situation.... after i ranted for a full 5 mintues he asked "what can i do for you" ... i said that there is still approx $800 thats needs to be paid on my car repair ( i have had the car less than a month and purchased a 5 year 60,000 mile warranty for $2000)... autoway toyota paid the 198 for the inside wheel wheel repair out of the goodness of their heart... they also cut the price of another part from 1302. 00 to 800... they said they would only charge me for the part.. but there was an 800 balance.. after talking to sean king at lexus of clearwater he agreed to pick up that part of the repair.. so on a car that i had 3 weeks and less than 500 miles it needed approx $5,000 in repairs.. between the warranty company.. autoway toyota and lexus of clearwater .. THEY PAID IT ALL... i have revised all my rating WAY UP... its still not a 5 since the salesman has not responded in 3 weeks but it went from a 1.8 to a 4.0 rating since sean king got involved in the problem... thanks to all the guys at autoway toyota and sean king of lexus of clearwater im a satisfied customer and will tell people to buy at both of those auto nation dealerships with confidence.. thanks sean More
Stephanie Bedson, our sales associate, and Mike Cook, our sales manager, could not have done more for us. They made us feel immediately welcome, answered all our questions, and both seemed to throughly enjo sales manager, could not have done more for us. Stephanie, whom was my Salesman Girl was amazing, she never gave up on me and took that small extra step which made a big difference at the end of my sale of getting me approved for my car. Stephanie was not pushy at all, she was very polite and straight forward with me, which I appreciate a lot. I felt very welcoming at Lexus as if I had purchased a car from them in the past. From this Day moving forward I would purchase another car from Lexus. Stephanie knows her stuff I mean this Girl was on it and never a dull moment with her. If your looking to buy a car from Lexus I highly recommend you to see Stephanie Bedson, she's the best. I live out of state and the dealership registered my vehicle in my home state, paid the sales tax, got my registration and inspection sticker all in a reasonable time and correct the first time. This was not a 'typical' car dealer experience---meaning not unpleasant, at all. I didn't expect to eventually buy from them, but the experience at L of C was so positive I switched to them for a new lease of a ES 300h. Peter Viggiano was pleasant, helpful, accomodating, respectful and not overbearing in any way. Kevin, in finance, made sure we were satisfied with the deal, didn't overly push 'extra' purchases and even contacted me twice to inform me refunds were coming due to some calculation errors on the lease agreement. The care is beautiful, the people at L of C were great and the price was satisfactory. what more can you ask in a car buying experience? More
