What a breath of fresh air! After not purchasing a new car in 10 years, we decided it was time. Wow, he took the anxiety right out of the new car shopping experience. He answered all of our questions, gave thoughtful and reasoned explanations, and handled the deal from trade-in to delivery. In addition, he has maintained phone contact with an open door policy reminding us that we are free to contact him with any questions, no matter how small. Jose was the perfect sales person for us and we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car. In addition, our experience with Dino in Financing, Megan who assisted with the technology, and Mike Cook, Sales Manager was professional, friendly and 100% positive. We love our car and look forward to dealing with Jose and this dealership for many years to come. More

It was a 2006 BMW M3 Convertible, triple black, with the beautiful 19” machined aluminum wheels with a certain mileage and price. Even within a 500 mile radius of where I live, I had only found three possibilities and they were quickly sold before I had the chance to see them. I had thought I had found the car online at Lexus of Clearwater, but the listing was so new that there were no photos to view. Anxious to learn more, I called the next morning and learned that the car had just been taken is as a trade and was going through service and detailing. I was thrilled to have gotten to this listing so early in the process. This car could fit the bill, and although I live in Jacksonville 175 miles away, I was ready to make the trip if the details panned out. Brandon Bayer, the online representative sent me several photos within one hour of my request, and even sent a few more. Brandon took close up and such detailed photos, I pretty much knew what kind of shape the car was in. And as to any other inquiries I had, he quickly found the answers; this guy is on the ball. And it turned out, this was the car! That evening I received an email offer on the M3. I deliberated, and the next day, made a counter offer on the price, down payment and monthly payment/interest rate. Very shortly, I got an acceptance on my overall terms, and made plans to drive to Clearwater the following day. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff, all willing to lend assistance and help me find where I needed to go. The M3 convertible was waiting indoors, ready and detailed to the nth degree, it was a real beauty. Brandon was professional, personable, and accommodating to any questions I had and we exchanged stories of past cars, in a relaxed upscale atmosphere. He also gave me a short tutorial on the SMG transmission on the M3, which came in handy on the test drive. I was not disappointed, what a car! Well, I was sold. Brandon then introduced me to the finance manager Kevin Crosby, who drew up the paper work in short order. Everything was in line and Kevin explained all the options available to me and let me make the decision, as opposed to “selling” me on them, no pressure at all. Again, this was another relaxed, great experience, in what can easily be stressful and pressurized. So, I have the car and I am thrilled. I got the car for the price, the terms, the rate I wanted, all online. The trip to Lexus of Clearwater was simply to confirm the condition of the car and finalize the paperwork. Never has buying a car been so easy, and even fun (imagine that!). My experience with Brandon and Kevin was truly a pleasure and I would highly recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, either in town or online. I ended up at the Lexus dealership due to my previous Lexus needing service for several recall items. I was very displeased with how my situation was handled. So when I returned to pick up my car, after Lexus had the car for 2 weeks, I asked to speak with a Manager. Al Hanson greeted me and we went to his office so I could explain my displeasure with Lexus for the past two years. Since he was fairly new to this location (came in FEB), he was unaware of what the history was with my car. He reviewed the history on the computer so he could relate to what i was telling him and agreed to help me out on (1) of the charges that I was being charged for. In the 2 1/2 years I have had the car, it has had 5 recalls and I explained how uncomfortable I was with this car and had mentioned to the my Service man the last time i was there I would be interested in speaking with a Sales person. Never happened. Well this time Al made it happen.He introduced me to Graham Pearce. I explained that I would like to hear what they had on the lot for newer cars in the same model that I already have, particularly the interior. He did some checking and found a few that we went and looked at. The next 4 hours I was with him, he kept me abreast to what was happening in finding me another car and gathered my information to see what he could do. He never left me sitting there unattended for more than 10-15 minutes. I explained this wasn't my first car buying and I know the ropes of how it is done. Gave him my perimeters and said if you can do it we have a deal. I will not sit here and barter for hours to make it work. It took 2 times to get it right, (working out the options) and I was signing paperwork and out the door to drive away in my new car. Graham even came out to the new car and helped me program my phone to the car since this was a new option. I have received 4 phone calls from Lexus, including 2 from Graham following up on the my car. I would definitely say Lexus stepped up to the plate and handed me the excellent service they strive for and advertise. i look forward to driving me new car for years without any issues or worries. Sean was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very attentive. This was not the typical car buying experience with the typical salesperson. I didn't get an Owner's Manual with the vehicle. Sean said I could call him with any questions I have. First, I don't want to be a nuisance. Second, I like having a reference. I felt and continue to feel like a valued and important customer. I absolutely love my RX 350. I have no doubt all of my future purchases will be with Lexus of Clearwater. I am told I am a difficult person to deal with. I know I am difficult to please. I am a very satisfied customer with my entire experience with Lexus of Clearwater. I can tell you that we have been very satisfied with our 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited thus far. I made the comment to my wife when we left that they treated us as if we were buying one of their $80,000 v 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited thus far. I made the comment to my wife when we left that they treated us as if we were buying one of their $80,000 vehicles instead of an $11,000 used minivan. Peter Viggiano was very thorough and patient since we had our three young children with us. He gave them snacks and even his own sandwich because he realized it would be after dinner before we completed the paperwork. The van was missing a key and the navigation system wasn't working properly so they gave us a voucher to take care of both. The first aid kit they gave us for the van and the full tank of gas scored quite a few points with us. Purchasing a vehicle is not only about the price; it's about the overall experience. I have already bragged on them to my friends and coworkers. We love the minivan, but if we were not treated so kindly, I would be telling everyone I know not to go to Lexus of Clearwater. More
