I purchased my Lexus from this dealership in 2010. She has been the best car I've ever had. I've never had any issues other than the usual maintenance. Every time I've taken her in for service, she comes back better than I took her in and completely cleaned inside and out. I will not let any dealership work on any of my cars other than Lexus of Clearwater. We take my husband Toyota Tundra and my Dodge Challenger in for all regular maintenance. Never had any problems. They have wonderful people that greet you when you pull in. They are sincerely nice, polite and very helpful. The service techs are equally as great. I've had the same service tech for the past 6 or 7 years and before that the same tech for several years. I like that I work with the same people on each visit. I highly recommend them and as I said I will not use or trust any of our vehicles to anyone else. Always excellent above and beyond service. More

On March 9, 2021 I bought an NX300. I also bought a service contract to repair/replace tires. On March 19th 2021 I cancelled this service contract as I was within the cancellation time frame. As of today I have not received a refund of some $960 +-. This refund I was told at the time of purchase it would take up to four weeks. The only reason I gave it two stars was because my salesman (Steve Miskiewicz) was excellent. My advice to prospective buyers is don't buy any service contracts at this dealership you might not be refunded. More

I wanted to Purchase an extended Lexus warranty and Install Apple Car play. I Purchased a 2018 NX 300 from different dealership. Car has always been serviced by a Lexus Dealership. Called the service department, 12 noon, to schedule an appointment to add the apple car play enhancement and purchase the extended warranty. No answer -left voice mail. Tried chat line - Response : Customer service is a priority for us please call this number. Tried Text messaging. It took me on a merry go round with Rush and Kevina. No appointment, no information on warranty and would not give name of service manager. I think I was texting with a Bot supposedly with artificial intelligence except these dudes came sans intelligence. At close of business still no return phone call Sent email to customer care, Denise Hayes, and Customer care manager Ken Haines. Heard from Lexus service rep 2 days later(Very helpful). Resolved one issue. Extended warranty different department. Left voice mail for Joshua. Still waiting to hear back. No response to my emails to the Manager of customer care. Not even a courtesy acknowledgment. So sad! More
Frankly, I was not happy with my visit to this dealership. We made a simple request to test drive an RX350 to see how it felt and determine if Lexus was something that we wanted to pursue. Lexus is a more expensive vehicle than we normally purchase, and we wanted to see if we felt it was worth the additional cost for us before investing any more time into the process. Rather than getting a set of keys and a tag, the salesperson brought us inside and proceeded to ask us various questions that were nothing more than a fishing expedition to get information. It was a clear sales tactic to control the situation and direct our decision process. I did not appreciate this manipulative approach or the condescending tone, and I was annoyed that my simple request to test drive a vehicle had been set aside. I visited three other dealerships this weekend and none of them took this approach. When I stopped the conversation to remind the salesperson that I just wanted to test drive a vehicle, she reluctantly agreed and asked for my license and insurance. She took those documents and walked away. She was in one area of the floor for about 5 minutes, and I am not exaggerating at all. My wife would suggest it seemed to be much longer. We then saw her walk across the floor to another area while on the phone. She did not look our way to provide any indication as to how much longer it would be or what was happening. My wife and I decided to leave and she went looking for the salesperson, finding her by the copier and learning that she hadn't even made the copies yet. We retrieved our documents and left the dealership. Given the amount of time she spent with our documents, I was very uncomfortable. In this age of rampant identity theft, it is stressful enough to allow anyone access to this information, let alone having them walk around with it for over 5 minutes. I've heard of dealerships using the copy of your license to run a credit report while you are on the test drive. For all we know, the dealership was running a credit report before even allowing us to test drive the vehicle. The entire experience was a flashback to the past when the car buying experience was horrible. More

I brought my LS460 in for a recall item- they gave me a loaner-so far so good-I picked up my car - it had been washed and gassed- good job- and then on the way home I noticed that my “ Costa Sunglasses “ w loaner-so far so good-I picked up my car - it had been washed and gassed- good job- and then on the way home I noticed that my “ Costa Sunglasses “ were gone. I put them in the same place every time. I e-mailed my contact with no response. A sour note for a otherwise good experience. The sunglasses won’t break me but future purchases won’t happen. More

When I was in the finance office the business manager presented different options available, such as, extended warranty and service plan options. I declined the extended warranty but opted for the service plan which involved two additional services beside the 5K and 10K complementary services. I leased the car in June and was reviewing my paperwork at the request for. my accountant and realized that I did purchase an extended warranty to the cost of $1124.00. I remember distinctly telling the Finance Manger that I didn’t want or see the need for a extended vehicle protection plan on a lease vehicle that I would probably turn in in 36 months because the car would still be under warranty. I went back to Clearwater Lexus 9/26 to cancel the warranty. I felt the finance director, Joshua Foster was dismissive, patronizing and border line rude. He did cancel the policy but the prorated amount of the policy is then applied to reduce the cars residual amount. If I turn the car in at the end of the lease I’m still out the $1124.00. So don’t get caught up in the excitement of getting a new car and forgot your good business sense. More
