This dealership has changed owners 3 times since I purchased my Lexus LS 350. My car was in fir major repair for a week. They did not have a loaner vehicle available nor were they able to provide cou purchased my Lexus LS 350. My car was in fir major repair for a week. They did not have a loaner vehicle available nor were they able to provide courtesy transportation. After a $3600 repair, my vehicle was returned unwashed with leaves still accumulated under the hood hinges. The “white glove” service I was promised when purchasing the vehicle at this dealership has sll but disappeared. There was a mud spot on the carpet that had been newly replaced & no protective mat over new carpet on the drivers side. I would recommend using another area Lexus Dealership. More

I went for an oil change and they knocked a piece loose between the hood and where the wiper blades lay. Now my wind shield wiper spray wont work on the passenger side and the rubber piece flaps in the air between the hood and where the wiper blades lay. Now my wind shield wiper spray wont work on the passenger side and the rubber piece flaps in the air if I go over 40mph. I will be going back today. More
