Darlene was excellent! She is no longer there. I brought my car in for service and little things seem to be overlooked this time. Maybe they were just busy, my tire sensor was still on for needing air and my car in for service and little things seem to be overlooked this time. I have been dealing with Lexus of Clearwater for over 18 years. The experience has been excellent except for one time some years back. My LS 450 was rear-ended and totaled. I talked to a salesman about a replacement vehicle, but he was less than cordial, so I walked away. Some years later I purchased the LS 460 L which I'm presently driving from Lexus of Winter Haven. Recalling the excellent service I had received earlier from your facility, I turned to you for all future service. I have received excellent service each time I visited your facility.
