Came in for an oil change and decided to trade one of our vehicles for another one. (Chris) the sales person was great in the beginning. However, I was lied to to complete the sale. I say in the dealer for hours waiting to complete the sales because I laid out specific guidelines I needed to be followed and that if they couldn’t do it I would not be able to complete the sale. After 6-8 hours they came to agreement with my guidelines. Several weeks of not being able to fully register the car that’s when I was rudely told by my sales person that they did the exact opposite of what I had asked. After voicing my concerns and speaking to several managers. My sales person rudely sent me a message via text that upset me very much. This specific dealer from my experience only wanted the sale, and when the sale was “final” I was left in a gutter to fend for myself and was sent rude text messages. No one ever has answers and if they do it’s to pacify the situation until they can go around it. After showing the text messages to the finance manager, she too could not believe what was written to a customer, and told me the sales agent would be calling to apologize. Needless to say it’s been a week and a half and I’ve not received a phone call from said person. I’ve been dealing with lexus finances for years and never have I been treated like this. It brought tears to my eyes to see how they treated me. And how sweet and helpful they were in the beginning. I’ve thought about writing this for weeks and at first I didn’t want to write a bad review, but I’ve been hurt emotionally. And I feel let down by a company that I thought held high standards and prestige. More
