The service department at this dealership is a disgrace to the quality of the Lexus name. I attempted for days to reach a service writer and only a woman answers and doesn't want to discuss what might be to the quality of the Lexus name. I attempted for days to reach a service writer and only a woman answers and doesn't want to discuss what might be the vehilcles problem. It is her intent to wants to schedule you in for service only. Finally, I reach a service writer and explain whay my issues is and he says bring it in and we will put a scanner on it to read the security issue. It sounded positive. I apppear at the dealersip and told I must wait two hours which I agree to do. Finally the service writer informs me that my vehicle has a rewiring issue (yes it is twenty years old) and due to a change in the wires they won't touch it, but are happy wash it. The bill is $200 and they don't care to discuss the charge. When I inform him that he did not even look at the mechanical issue that was to be evaluated, he replied that his mechanics don't work for free. It is clear that they never even touched the car to possible evaluate the security system so I clearly was deceived. I will never return to Clearwater Lexus as they action to attempt to assist you is clearly a deception. More
