My battery died, and they were able to get me in immediately. The service advisor they scheduled me with was not there, but the one I got was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The new battery was ins immediately. The service advisor they scheduled me with was not there, but the one I got was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The new battery was installed in only an hour, my vehicle was washed and ready to go much faster than expected. I also chatted with a salesman, and discussed a potential purchase. Nice, low-key experience, and I would likely return for service and/or a new or used Lexus in the future. More
