Recently an issue came up with my wheel protection, purchased on my LS500, I was sold something the falsely claimed they would repair cosmetic damage on my chrome wheels. Autonation, Tyler Newman, and Sidney Crawford, accepted responsibility for an employee who lied to sell the insurance on the wheels. They replaced both Chrome wheels on my LS500, and refunded my insurance premium. I will purchase at Lexus of Clearwater many times over.
