Service is excellent, there is room for improvement between the service tech and the customer service personnel. What the CS is proposing or detailing as required service, was different than what was between the service tech and the customer service personnel. After being told what my costs would be for service that was being done by my Service Advisor, I requested that they check my warranty because I had taken out a warranty that was to cover certain things. Once they checked & found the warranty, it did bring the cost of my services down. So, thank you for taking the time to search for the warranty I had purchased. Someone from Lexus called to remind me of my free 5 month service. Set up an appointment and made sure I would have a loaner car at time of appointment and on that day dropped off the car and was off in a lo service.
