True professional. Sydney is a stand up professional and I recommend he manages your deal. Always making you feel comfortable even under stress. The service dept and service director as usual from past experience top notch with great communication. The bad…. Do not use Jerome Harris. He is very unprofessional and needs retraining in customer service. We had a full argument in the lobby in front of customers, He makes empty promises and does not call you back after multiple voicemails. The people in finance couldn’t get my paperwork right for over a week even after the internet was back up. Even the GM couldn’t send an e-mail with more than 1 word. My wife was very unhappy. I had to micromanage and explain the difference in numbers and how to repair my new to me car to them while they continued to try to tell me my car wasn’t capable of doing what it was capable of doing in the end. Safety issues were fixed even though Jerome thought they were “cosmetic” . I feel they knew they had to do what was right for dropping the ball so many times. But after 6 trips back and forth my car is finally correct. More

Garrett, Jeremy, and Patrick were great. I also needed to have some detailing done on my vehicle and the detailer, whose name I cannot recall, unfortunately, did some of the best detailing work I have had done. More
