The only thing I would change is to have a better designer coffee maker in the waiting area, 2 flavours is kind of sparse, and like some other Lexus dealerships, the vibrating massage chairs. That to my mind would be the top Michelin star for achievement, and make waiting, quite delightful. More

With the help of the Lexus team and Mr Yassin they arranged to bring the Trade in to Best Buy for removal of The Dash Cam thus saving me over $400 for the Dash cam which I will now put in our new Lexus.
