They are always quick to get me in and out and keep me updated while they are working on my car. Also, Bassem went the extra mile to try and get me an exception claim for my battery because it was no long updated while they are working on my car. An added bonus is they wash my car and vacuum it out before I pick it up. It is always a pleasant experience! More

Excellent communication with Service Center. .. (woman's name) was especially helpful and an excellent communicator. The one negative: I picked up the car late in nthe day and saw the air pre .. (woman's name) was especially helpful and an excellent communicator. The one negative: I picked up the car late in nthe day and saw the air pressure in the right rear tire was very low. The other 3 tires were fine. I drove the car to the Service Center where they pressurized the tire. The next morning, the tire was flat! I called AAA to change the tire, and then took the car to Bob Lee's in St. Pete. They found a huge metal rod in the flat tire. IMHO,this rod was picked up while the car was at Lexus of Clearwater. Also, the Service Center should have examined the tire to determine why the pressure in that tire was so low. No work was done on the wheels or tires at Lexus of Clearwater, yet the one tire was almost flat when I picked up the car. That should have been seen by the service techs, and certainly when I called it to their attention, they should have investigated what was an obvious problem that occurred while my car was in their care. In addition to not having my car the next day, I had to call AAA and pay to put the spare in place of the flat tire, and then take the car to Bob Lee's to fix the tire that was flat, and of course pay for that repair. The young tech who added air to the tire at the Lexus Service Center was obviously not knowledgeable or sufficiently experienced to handle the obvious air leakage of air in that tore while it was at Lexus of Clearwater. Everything else was excellent. The detailing was impressive! More
