Came in for an oil change and tire rotation that took a little longer then it should off. Making the appointment was very easy and the waiting area was comfortable. Took 30 minutes for me to find out they parked the car outside and the person that checked me in had my keys and I needed to track him down. Not happy at the end. More

I purchased Lexus Certified IS300. Firstly between Clearwater and the Tampa Lexus dealership they "lost" the IS that I actually wanted. Later they found that it had been sold. They offered me an alternative Certified vehicle which was not the same spec but I liked it and purchased. The dealership replaced the tires with new, but inferior (cheaper?) tires than the OE tires. The purchasing process took way too long considering I already had completed online finance applications and been approved. On the positive side. Ayhan and Sidney were very friendly and helpful throughout the purchase. Both have contacted me since the purchase to check everything is good. Sidney explained the dealership tire coverage vs the additional coverage I purchased. Most importantly my beautiful wife loves the car. More

This dealership has the best customer service of any car dealership I've ever been to. This visit was for routine maintenance; however, it was learned that the front brakes needed new pads. My service advisor, Seth, applied a $100 coupon so that the cost was low and they got the work done in the timeframe I asked for as well as providing me with a loaner for the day.
