I'm overall very pleased with all aspects of the service, I was disappointed that it would cost $89 for a tire rotation when they are already removing 2 tires to replace the brake rotors. My first leasing experience here was phenomenal. Buying out my lease? Not so much. Beware the finance office. Make sure you review the fees and make sure you’re not being charged for “free” extras.
