I love my car! I do not like surprises. If I say I wanted something included for the purchase of a car and when the time finally comes they deny or say they did n I do not like surprises. I thought by now buying a car was without silly stuff. My request ie cargo mat was small compare to the purchase of a Hybrid Premium Plus! THEN there was the lack of preparation for the finance person. So far I can not recommend a purchase but maybe I expected the experience to have changed over the years. I've had my car serviced their per the maintenance agreement I purchased and, although my service specialist that is assigned to me is and everyone working within seem very competent and accomodating, it's now the guys actually working on the cars that seem to drop the ball as an additional service I wanted and confirmed was put on the work ticket was simply not done, so I didn't pay for it although I still need it and will go elsewhere for the work. While I was waiting on a ride home from my wife, I started to develop interest in a LC500 which had been sitting in the showroom for some time, talked to the salesperson I had worked with before, who completely blew me off and wasn't interested whatsoever in having a further discussion of any type, so I left without going any further because... why should I? More

I've taken my Lexus to Lexus of Winter Park Florida for years before I moved to the west coast. I found the service department much more friendly there and the lounge was nicer with snacks while you were years before I moved to the west coast. I had my Lexus GX460 broughtg in for service. The scheduling, the drop off, the updates about what I need to look for that may need to be serviced or replaced in the near future was excellent. They are super professional. The shop, the waiting area, and the bathrooms are clean. There is a coffee and soda and snack station for customers waiting for service. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation that took a little longer then it should off. Making the appointment was very easy and the waiting area was comfortable. Took 30 minutes for me to find out they parked the car outside and the person that checked me in had my keys and I needed to track him down. Not happy at the end. More

I purchased Lexus Certified IS300. Firstly between Clearwater and the Tampa Lexus dealership they "lost" the IS that I actually wanted. Later they found that it had been sold. They offered me an alternative Certified vehicle which was not the same spec but I liked it and purchased. The dealership replaced the tires with new, but inferior (cheaper?) tires than the OE tires. The purchasing process took way too long considering I already had completed online finance applications and been approved. On the positive side. Ayhan and Sidney were very friendly and helpful throughout the purchase. Both have contacted me since the purchase to check everything is good. Sidney explained the dealership tire coverage vs the additional coverage I purchased. Most importantly my beautiful wife loves the car. More

This dealership has the best customer service of any car dealership I've ever been to. This visit was for routine maintenance; however, it was learned that the front brakes needed new pads. My service advisor, Seth, applied a $100 coupon so that the cost was low and they got the work done in the timeframe I asked for as well as providing me with a loaner for the day.
