I would like to take a moment to identify a truly hassle-free Car Dealership and a great sales representative. I was in the market for a 2011 Lexus IS250. I found the dealership and car on my compa hassle-free Car Dealership and a great sales representative. I was in the market for a 2011 Lexus IS250. I found the dealership and car on my companies discount website. I was contacted the dealership and spoke to a freindly salesman named Peter. I explained to him that I was trading in a used car and would like to lease a new IS 250. Peter was very patient allowing me to explain my situation regarding my trade and how much I was looking for it. He got back to me within minutes and we negotiated a fair price for the new car. It was a truly professional business negotiation with none of that pushy hot seat negotiations I have experienced at other dealerships. Peter then asked me to fax over a few documents so he could have the paperwork ready for me when I arrived the next day. I Have a one year old and she is not at the age where sitting in a car dealer for 3 hours is going to work. As promised all my documents were ready for signature when I arrived and my car was prepped and ready to drive off. I signed my paperwork and was out the door in less than an hour. Peter even fed me lunch as it was around noon. With all the horror stories out there and some I experienced for myself I feel it is important to recognize when a dealership does things right and follows through with what they say. Great job Peter. I love my new car and truly appreciate the whole buying experience. More
