I would like to start off my review by saying first off that this dealership had very fair pricing. I drove all the way from Miami to purchase my car from here and the whole time I was worried about them l that this dealership had very fair pricing. I drove all the way from Miami to purchase my car from here and the whole time I was worried about them lying to me which they didn’t. I pretty much worked with Sidney the whole time one of the managers and he was a pleasure to deal with. This was my second new car that I had purchased within six months. My experience buying my new Chevrolet Corvette was much better than this buying experience. I want to buy my car and my sales person. Kevin was very nice and so was Sidney. We pretty much had all the numbers set to go which they honored everything no xx my first bad experience was the gentleman in finance. He came out to introduce himself before we went in the office and was super nice. But then he was either bipolar or he flipped the switch and went from one extreme to the other. When we’re in the finance office like they all do tried to sell us on warranties And other items which I didn’t need because I was purchasing the car in cash he kept going on and on about these AutoNation warranties trying to sell them super hard. His sales tactic should I say was so bad that it was almost like putting the vehicle I was buying down. I kept declining the AutoNation warranty. I was however, interested in purchasing a Lexus warranty which he never offered me because he was so heart set on the AutoNation ones. So after repeating myself, he finally stopped and basically didn’t say a word. The rest of the time was very dry not friendly anymore. Just sign here, here and here. He bothered me so much that I was ready to just walk out because at the end of the day I didn’t need another car. Then the next thing was, I only got one key with my car because they lost it in transport. I sent the dealership a quote what it would be at my Lexus dealership to have another key made, and I never got a straight answer on what they were going to do really. My car also was supposed to include two key gloves it was on the window sticker And it didn’t come with it. However, they did send me one which I guess is fine because I only still have one key the car was not cleaned properly. It had a little brown stains all over the paint, including the roof from parked under a tree which I thought they would’ve taken care of it before delivering the car. Also, I definitely didn’t receive the Lexus experience where they go over everything and etc. etc. so my experience started off great and halfway through went downhill to where I just wanted to get out of there. I should have just walked out and taken my old car and left. That was my mistake and I should’ve went with my gut decision. Everybody else I dealt with or spoke to at this dealership has been friendly, except for the finance guy, which I don’t even know his name. I walked into my local Lexus dealership and they were like we could sell you Alexis warranty if you would like one no problem they didn’t offer to you at the Lexus store you were at and I was like no they just wanted to sell there’s. More
