On my drive home from purchasing my beautiful Lexus I noticed the break pedal was pulsing and at times locking up.Yes thats scary especially when you have 3 kids sitting in the back. Not to mention it runs very sluggish. When my husband got home we took our newly purchased SUV for a test drive, and he agreed that it was not normal and also dangerous. FYI he owns a successful auto repair shop and knows cars well. I didn't even drive my vehicle for a week when it went in for service. They kept it for 2 weeks and gave us the ridiculous story its suppose to be like that! Are you kidding me? So when God forbid I get an accident was that suppose to happpen as well?! My husband took the GX to his shop and did a complete inspection. Certified yea right!!!! He found a leak and remember that pulsing and break locking up? A code came up for it and the brake system was not permorming as it should. If your thinking why didn't he fix it? Thats becasue its under warranty and theres no reason why he should be putting money out for this thing that shouldn't have issues in the first place, we did purchase a certified vehicle trying to avoid this very situation. We went back and fourth with corporate. They called Lexus of Cherry Hill on 3 way and my husband had a conversation with Leo. The service manager. My husband told him what was going on and they need to check it once again! It was agreed that I would bring the vehicle in, get a loaner and they check the code and leak. I drive over there on a rainy morning, in a rush. Keep in mind the dealership is about 30-40 minutes away from my house depending on traffic which there always is no matter what time of day. My daugher had an event at school that I was going to be late for due to me dropping off the truck. So I get there make them aware I'm getting a loaner, they put my in the service office and a man brings in loaner keys. My service guy comes in and says I neeed to stay, let them check out the vehicle THEN IF they find the problem they'll give me a rental! I almost fell on the floor! Are you serious?! That was not the agreement and nor did I have time to be sitting around when I was already running late to my daughters school event. I called my husband already knowing he didn't agree to that. Sure enough he didn't so Mr. Leo was lying. Corporate hasn't been much help and are still waiting to hear from them about what just happened. I eneded up wasting my morning, being late to my daughters event for nothing! These people are something else! DO NOT PURCHASE NOR GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE! There is no way my vehicle passed certification, someone traded in my truck, they cleaned it and sold it. There is NO DOUBT in my mind they never certified the truck with it running like it does. I came from a Mercedes Benz and would NEVER deal with this. If you have an MB, stick with it! Check out their reviews on different types of social media , this dealership has issues and is giving Lexus a bad name. More

After charging my battery for the 3 rd time I finally got it started Sat AM. Drove straight to Lexus with no appointment. Jon Palmer my service adviser said they would check my car latter today ( Sat) but wanted to keep it over the weekend to see if it would start again on Monday after sitting the weekend. Out the door I drove in a loaner. Susprised I got a call about 3:30 that my car was done. Went back to pick up my car. New battery car washed and no charge as my battery was under warranty. Great job Thank you More

All three vehicles, 2 RX 350s and now an ES350, I have dealt with Michael Foose and Michael Cohen. I cannot say enough about them. They are the very best. Very disappointing After having paid for my leased vehicle for the term of the lease, and paying the exorbitant fees for maintenance related to the lease, when it came t After having paid for my leased vehicle for the term of the lease, and paying the exorbitant fees for maintenance related to the lease, when it came time to return the vehicle, I was met with rudeness and non-cooperation. The woman at the desk was just plain rude, and the person who took care of me, while polite, would not give me a receipt that I returned the vehicle. No one inspected the vehicle upon the return, and I was told it would be sent somewhere for inspection. The woman at the desk said words to the effect that if I didn't "trust" them not to damage the vehicle before the inspection took place, I should leave and come back another time. This was after having the person "in charge" tell me he would be there till 3PM, and I arrived to find he had already left by 1:30. I will never lease a Lexus again. More

'15 on my 2011 ES-350 and tread depth measurement, I thought I needed at least two new tires. Service advised tread depth on all tires was fully adequate and no replacements were needed. An alignment was strongly suggested, as well as a Fuel Induction Service (which has never been performed on this vehicle); both were performed this time. The F.I.S. was also recommended during my Nov.2015 service appointment, but was deferred. Your folks picked that up, a clear indication of attentiveness to past records. Service Consultant, John Joseph was polite, courteous, efficient and professional. My first time working with John, and I was at ease immediately. More
