My car was in for service 11/30 and 04/14/2021. Both times when I picked my car up there was damage to one of my rims. I have a RC350 sport with low profile tires. Each time Lexus has not taken respon times when I picked my car up there was damage to one of my rims. I have a RC350 sport with low profile tires. I have filed a complaint with Lexus Customer Relations and will update. Beware of this service department. Take a video of your car including tires and rims before you leave the dealership. I have spoken to Fred Eller and he has told me the damage was there when I brought the car in and sent me two stills showing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Why this dealership cannot own up to there short comings is beyond me. More
