Went in for a scheduled oil change. They tried to charge me $350. When I said $350 for an oil change customer rep Fred said it also includes tire rotation and wipers. I just want an oil change he said that would be $110 and I can’t have the loaner car. I ended up getting a manager. Worst customer rep ever. More

I am satisfied with the maintenance service but was disappointed they did not vacuum my trunk though they did vacuum the floor mats inside my car.
