At delivery Dave took the time to explain some of the complicated electronics of the car and helped me set up the navigation and bluetooth features. The rest of the sales and service staff at Cherry Hill Lexus have been great. I just had my first service performed and I was happy with the work. I had a concern about noisy brakes and the Service department replaced several parts to fix the problem. Before I was aware of the scope of the fix the dealer had decided to fix the issue at no cost to me. I would recommend Cherry Hill Lexus to friends and family. More

Cherry Hill Lexus has been my dealer of choice for the past 22 years, even though I'm only three miles from another Lexus dealership. No one hates dealing with sales people as much as I do, but I have never felt pressured or intimidated through the process of buying a car, and since I've purchased seven of them through the years hear, that speaks volumes. This review is my honest appraisal of why I've gone back to Lexus of Cherry Hill three times, and purchaced a new RX model each time. It is very important for me to know and trust the sales people when mak to Lexus of Cherry Hill three times, and purchaced a new RX model each time. It is very important for me to know and trust the sales people when making a large investment. I am 69 years old, and in my years, I've never purchased an automobile from anyone that I've trusted more than Jack McCartney and Scott Feller. The quality of this 2011 RX 350 is out of this world, and so is dealing with these two very professional and competent Lexus representatives. I will be back again in 3 or 4 years for a new RX 350, and hopefully I will have the pleasure of dealing with them again.
