All she wanted was the usual service,oil and filter change, but the service manager would not relent. L of C has serviced this auto since we purchased new from the dealership. We will not be back. This place was an absolute nightmare when it came to servicing my Lexus RX350. I have had better customer service at the post office. Their "Service Director" was truly one of the most lacking individuals when it came to service that I have ever experienced. It is unfortunate because when I purchased the car at the same location I could not have been happier. Never again-find another dealer and stay away even if you must drive to the another city or state. More
