My particular service advisor, Clint Sloan, is excellent at explaining exactly what the needs of my vehicle are and scheduling a service time that works around my schedule. Not only did I get a loaner car (I didn't expect to have a brand new Lexus to drive since I purchased my vehicle elsewhere) but they washed my car too! I dealt with Ryan Kennedy and his professionalism and courtesy blew me away. I have heard horror stories about dealerships being too costly and performing unneeded services, but he explained everything thoroughly and it was worth every penny. My only complaint would be that it seems like the dealership itself is lacking the luxury ammenities I would have expected, but I was told they are getting ready to renovate. Overall I felt that Ryan and the rest of the Lexus of Chattanooga staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I will be returning. More
