Lexus for life. I've been coming to Lexus since we purchased our first GS350 in 2008! This car is amazing just like Paul Lezon said it would be. We now own two, our second is a 2015 RX 350 f sport; and this one is even more exciting than the GS. Each and every visit to this dealership is like visiting family! From John Cate in service; whom has some of the best Customer Service skills I have ever dealt with; to Eddie Triplett the new General Manager. Each and every person at this dealership is Awesome! I'm not sure when my next vehicle will be purchased, but it will definitely come from Lexus of Chattanooga! More

With Lexus you expect a certain level of service and professionalism, but I have to say Jeffrey Mils I recently moved to Chattanooga from New Orleans. With Lexus you expect a certain level of service and professionalism, but I have to say Jeffrey Milsaps at Lexus of Chattanooga has gone above and beyond my expectations. I have owned several Lexus’ over the years and have therefore had many interactions with their employees...Jeffrey just manages to set the bar a little higher. He is very respectful of your time, isn’t pushy, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend! More

Bad service We recently contacted the Lexus dealership about buying a new set of tires. Very disappointed with our communication and professionalism with them. They told us one thing over the phone and something completely different when we went to drop off the car. We bought the car there. When we upgrade we will go somewhere else. The staff began to lay blame on each other. Would not recommend or trust what they say. More
