I really enjoyed my experience at Chandler Lexus. My lease was up and I scheduled an appointment for the return. I spoke with Danny and Sam and they gave good guidance. Before bringing my car in for an inspection Sam provided several options and pricing for keeping the car or leasing a new one. Sam was knowledgeable and patient and he was able to answer any questions I had. Also Ms. Lori was so helpful and helped to finish up paperwork. Kudos ! More

Make sure you get a second opinion. I have a 2012 Lexus ES 350 with less than 70k miles. The single owner before me was a senior citizen in Sarasota, FL. This vehicle has never seen I have a 2012 Lexus ES 350 with less than 70k miles. The single owner before me was a senior citizen in Sarasota, FL. This vehicle has never seen a winter, and has been well maintained. 2/3 times I've been serviced at Lexus of Chandler "DAX WOOD" has recommend costly repairs to my low mileage vehicle. I do not recall the exact "repair" that was done. However I do remember the 3rd recommendation. The repair proposal from Lexus of Chandler was over 4700 dollars for an 18 dollar part. I understand that labor needs to go into this so I called to two different certified Toyota mechanics in the valley. Both mechanics quoted the job at under $2000. Lexus of Chandler was trying to overcharge my repair by over 100%. It's really egregious an imported car company is trying to hose people in the community during these times of economic struggle. Be careful, and get a second opinion. I'm sure they've done this to others. More
