At Lexus of Chandler, I always get very personalized attention, be it purchasing a new Lexus (3 so far from Lexus of Chandler in the last 4 years) or servicing those vehicles. After visiting 5 other dealerships in the area (in the 110 degree heat), we reluctently decided to stop by the Lexus dealership on our way home to see if there was even a chance of getting a good deal on 110 degree heat), we reluctently decided to stop by the Lexus dealership on our way home to see if there was even a chance of getting a good deal on a used RX350. We fell in love with a beautiful 2008 model and made an offer. Dave didn't give us the usual "you must be crazy" look and then counter-offer with only a $500 discount. Instead, he came back with an offer that was VERY reasonable. It was so reasonable, in fact, that we accepted that offer and were done negotiating in 10 mins or less! We loved Dave's personality and especially loved the fact that we didn't have to spend all day negotiating a deal for our new car. We also worked with a gentleman named Raad, who handled all our paperwork. We felt reassured by his expertise, as well. He was very helpful in deciding whether or not to purchase any extras and we didn't feel pressured at all. While completing the documents, Dave took our new car back to the service department and had it detailed. It was already gorgeous before that, but it really sparkled afterwards. Dave then took the time to show us how to work all the bells and whistles on our car and made sure we knew who to contact when it came time to schedule service. It's been three days and I love my new car more every day and will definitely return to Lexus of Chandler when we need service or when it comes time to replace our other car. Thanks to Dave, Raad, and the guys who detailed our car on Saturday; you made our buying experience a very pleasant one! More
KENT AVERILL WAS PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY. I KNOW WHAT I LIKE IN CARS AND, GENERALLY, DON'T CARE TO BE APPROACHED AS I LIKE TO TAKE MY TIME WITH NO PRESSURE. ACTUALLY, KENT WAS A HELP AND WAS I KNOW WHAT I LIKE IN CARS AND, GENERALLY, DON'T CARE TO BE APPROACHED AS I LIKE TO TAKE MY TIME WITH NO PRESSURE. ACTUALLY, KENT WAS A HELP AND WAS NOT THE LEAST BIT PUSHY. WE ENJOYED DISCUSSING THE CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE PROVIDED GOOD INFORMATION AND I TOOK MY TIME MAKING A DECISION TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. I WOULD WORK WITH HIM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT AND WILL REFER MY FRIENDS TO KENT AND LEXUS OF CHANDLER. I started with internet inquiries with several dealerships and that was very painless. I am very selective in what I want in a vehicle...I stayed with the internet sales people that were the most helpful and prompt in their replies. Jessica was great! I first went in to another Lexus dealership (which was closer to my home) and was promptly treated like a "dumb blonde" by an arrogant impatient salesman...when the $$$ was discussed I was told very different numbers than had been told me on the internet. I was glad to leave there never to return. When I arrived at your dealership I was greated by a very pleasant friendly knowledgable saleswoman (Lisa) who made the entire experience stressfree. I met several other employees all of whom were very nice. Thank you again Lisa and Jessica! More

I came into Lexus of Chandler looking for an IS250 and after walking around the lot for 10-15 minutes I went into the showroom to look for any other IS's as I didn't see exactly what I wanted on the lot. after walking around the lot for 10-15 minutes I went into the showroom to look for any other IS's as I didn't see exactly what I wanted on the lot. I was greeted by Kent and told him I was looking for an IS. He then took the time to get to know ME better, instead of launching into a sales pitch or trying to get me into a test drive. It was very refreshing to feel that Kent wanted to get to know me as a person better to make sure I was getting what I needed instead of selling me the most expensive IS on the lot. After working through some options, I ended up with a used IS, but Im extremely happy with it. Kent took the time to find a car I liked, would be happy with and that fit within my budget. Instead of letting me walk away when I didn't get what I had originally came for, Kent took the time to explore other options in order to make me happy. I have been back a few other times to ask questions, pick up accessories and get a spare key programmed. Each time I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kent and the manager of the dealership. They have really treated me as part of the Lexus family. I highly recommend not only this dealership but Kent as well. If you are in the market for a Lexus, please give Lexus of Chandler a try and ask for Kent. You wont be disappointed. More

Kim Goodman at Chandler Lexus quoted me a price that to be honest sounded to good to be true, after calling Ms. Goodman at Chandler Lexus and advising her I was about to drive 110 miles to Tucson and pick up my mother and father and drive them to Chandler, and that the deal she quoted me better be true or there will be 3 very upset people in her show room, Long story short we walked in met Ms. Goodman and within 30 min my VERY HAPPY mother and father were driving back to Tucson in their new ES350, and I was driving home to Cave Creek. I have bought over 10 news cars in my life and have never been done with the deal in 30 mins. My mother and father saved over $7,000 for 90 miles and 30 min, not a bad day. Thank you Kim Goodman. Be VERY careful if you plan on purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer. I bought a used Lexus and it was delivered with a faulty transmission, bad steering wheel tilt motor and lower ball joints. The sales personnel had asured me the vehicle was in good condition when I requested that a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection (to be paid by me) be completed. Followup conversations with the delaership were useless. Trust BUT verify with these guys. More
