He treated me with respect and endured the heat to show me some interiors and answer questions. I told him I would be ready in about two months. Six weeks later, I was on the way to initiate conversion of some cash and to visit dealerships closer to that location. As I headed for the door, Robert called. I bypassed the other dealerships to reach Lexus of Chandler that afternoon. Robert showed me everything he could; I drove several models, including a competing brand, did more research, and returned to buy a new 2016 Lexus RX 250 instead of a used one to replace my beloved 10-year old BMW X5. Near the end of the production year, only a few choices were left and Robert delivered the best options for the best price. There were no games played, no preventing me from taking the time I needed to decide. I trusted Robert's word and he was very helpful. My only caution is not to finalize your decision on a Saturday afternoon when one of the finance agents is on vacation and there is no plan B. It isn't fair to the sales person or to his customer. I am pleased with my purchase, still learning how to operate all the systems and goodies and have driven it nearly 2,000 miles. It is an elegant car. More
First impression really counts! Just had my car serviced. As a first time customer in Chandler, the only complaint I have is that my car was not treated with pride. Yes, service was good but the inside of my vehicle had so much shoe scuff marks inside. At the drivers seat. Also when the vehicle was returned, the used plastic on the drivers seat and number placard was left behind. And the interior of my car was not vacuumed and wiped down. Maybe I have high expectations since my car was always given interior care from my former dealer in CO. More

Lexus of Chandlers were able to solve the noise problem! After 3 failed attempts at another valley Lexus dealer we finally drove over to Lexus of Chandler to see if they could find out what the noise problem After 3 failed attempts at another valley Lexus dealer we finally drove over to Lexus of Chandler to see if they could find out what the noise problem was in the rear of our RX 350. After a test drive we were offered a loaner vehicle and sent on our way. The following day our vehicle was ready and the problem had been found and FIXED! A completely different experience than the other Lexus dealership and convinced us that all of our dealings with Lexus whether buying a new vehicle or service will only be at Lexus of Chandler. There was very little haggling, and the deal came together quickly--thanks to Tom's help and advocacy! It was truly a no-pressure experience. I had a great experience at Lexus of Chandler working with Tom. He and Gene Penna (whom I was initially referred to at the dealership but who was not working on the day I visited) have been terrific in contacting me after my purchase to make sure that I'm satisfied. My positives are: - The facility - very nice and accommodating, fresh coffee, nice sitting area, clean - Sales people: Brian is phenomenal. Very helpful, professional and worked with me on discounts. He even came in on his day off to help me. Even though I test drove this model, he made sure that I also test drove the car that I was buying to make sure everything was good. - Finance people - Raad Thomasian was extremely helpful and did not try to force any options on me. He was also my finance person for my first car. So overall this is the best dealerships I've ever dealt with. :) More

We came to the dealership for service and ended up purchasing a new car. We were very happy with the trade in value we got for out previous Lesus. This is a great dealership with a knowledgeable staff. There Service Department has taken great care of our Lexus vehicles over the years! NEVER TAKE YOU CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!! I have been Lexus owner for 14 years and have bought 5 Lexus for business and personal use in these 14 years. Lexus make Great Cars. I have tried using Lexus of chandler for service form time to time as I live in chandler and I regret it every time. This time take the cake. My 2001 GS300 is not used regularly as it’s my 5th car in a family of 2 drivers but it drains the battery dead within a week of just being parked. So I sent my nephew to 11:00 am appointment to get the Oil changes and find why was the battery going dead. After 30 min he returns with a loaner car and informs me that the service manager wanted authorization for $200 to diagnose the Battery Problem. I called the service adviser to inquire and I got a 15 minute lecture that it was normal for the battery to drain dead in a week and how stupid people going on vacation tell neighbor to start the car every week to keep the battery from discharging which only discharges the battery as the charger dose not start charging until 15 min after start. Impressed with his vast knowledge I wanted him to just find my cars idle current draw and tell me the normal idle draw so I can make me my decision what to do next. He proceeded to give me another 10 min lecture how the tech has to hook up to test equipment and runs complete diagnosis that will cost me $200. At this time I interrupter and asked if he exactly knew how to find the idle current draw and to my surprise at his honest answer ‘NO”. After informing him that it takes only 5 seconds, I wanted him to find the current draw and the Normal Draw and get back to me. Without any response I call him back at 3:30 PM to ask the status he informed me that the current draw on my car was 450 mA compare to normal draw should be 40 mA and proceeded to inform that the technician had to wait for 45 min to find the idle current draw. Upon inquiring my options I was informed that it would cost me $60 for work done $60 to change oil and $200 to find the battery problem. When I informed that I wan not interested in any other service, He promptly informed me that he will not be washing my car and have it ready when I got there. I was at the shop 30 min later; my car or the bill was not ready. I took the time to stop and talk to the service manager and narrated the exact story above and his response was “SO - What did you expect!”. This is not the END. After 30 min of wait the service adviser came to me and told me accusingly that I did not have to pay as the paper work was not ready and it will take him more time. I insisted on paying for the service but it did not even register. After another 10 min or so he comes with my car and informs me that he had to jump start my car and I should not stop the engine as the car will not start and take my car home! Obviously on my way back I stopped at another service shop with ASE certified technician without any appointment. They took 15 min charged $29.00 to informed me the battery terminal was left lose the battery was perfectly working, the fault was in battery changing system that was drawing 410 mA when ideal. I have never written a review before but felt obligated to contribute. I wanted to give you the full story to make your own conclusion and what to expect! Another observation: All the reviews about this dealership without any substance have 5 stars and anyone with actual experience documented has 1 to 2 stars nothing in between.
