If you don't buy a car from Gene Penna, you will miss out on the BEST sales ever - period!!! He is the BEST!!! By far he is the most attentive, helpful, non-agressive sales person that I've ever experienced on the BEST sales ever - period!!! He is the BEST!!! We had the pleasure of working with Gene during our last experience when purchasing through Lexus of Chandler. Gene was professional, prompt and extremely respectful. Most of the initial part of the sale w experience when purchasing through Lexus of Chandler. Gene was professional, prompt and extremely respectful. Most of the initial part of the sale was completed by phone but when it was time to come in, not only did we come in, Gene came in on his day off! This type of dedication isn't seen too often anymore. We bought used and there were a few finishing touches that need to be completed prior to us getting the keys. Instead of us driving all the back to Chandler to pick up our vehicle, Gene ensured the repairs were made and personality drove the vehicle to our residence, thank you! They wife dreads going car shopping but at the end of this experience she commented, this was the best and easiest car shopping experience ever! Everything about the experience was perfect and we highly recommend Lexus of Chandler and especially Gene for all your car shopping needs. More

He gave me the feeling that he simply wanted to give me all the information and all the time that I needed to choose the best car for me. I knew I could trust Gene to be honest and that he was a good person. He was doing his job, but he seemed to care. And he proved this in many ways. I especially appreciated in how he made sure that the detailing was done to my exact satisfaction. He knew that the detailing was important to me. I also appreciated his patience in teaching me about the many features of my car, especially the safety ones and including the technology.
