We had the pleasure of working with Gene during our last experience when purchasing through Lexus of Chandler. Gene was professional, prompt and extremely respectful. This type of dedication isn't seen too often anymore. We bought used and there were a few finishing touches that need to be completed prior to us getting the keys. Instead of us driving all the back to Chandler to pick up our vehicle, Gene ensured the repairs were made and personality drove the vehicle to our residence, thank you!
