Came in for routine maintenance. Staff was unwelcoming when I arrived, and when I finally left, I felt the same negative energy. When my car was ready I was made to wait an additional hour because Ernesto Turcios the service advisor didn’t text the right phone number, didn’t try to call any of the provided phone numbers and did not properly look for me to tell me that my car was ready. My car was supposed to be washed, but it still had dirty spots ALL over the place. I had the worst experience this time. I expected more from Lexus. More
