As a serious buyer, I was prepared to purchase a cpo lexus. Now when spending 40-50k on a vehicle, I would expect the courtesy of being able to drive the vehicle longer than 10 minutes for the initial t lexus. Now when spending 40-50k on a vehicle, I would expect the courtesy of being able to drive the vehicle longer than 10 minutes for the initial test drive. The response for having a longer test drive was met by detailing the return policy which I found bizarre. I would rather drive the vehicle for another 15-20 minutes instead of going through the hassle of a "return". Not like buying a pair of sneakers. I asked the salesperson to speak with her manager to extend this "courtesy", which was declined. I have taken my search to other local Lexus dealers. It's a shame since I live nearby and would have used them for my service needs for quite some time. I have never been in a position when purchasing a vehicle where I was not able to have an adequate amount of time behind the when before proceeding with the purchase. Zero stars. More
This is in reference to AutoNation Lexus of Cerritos, CA. I have been trying to CASH purchase a used vehicle since 12-14-21. The dealership has lost TWO different $20,000 checks sent thru FedEx. I found this out yesterday that they have ALL of their FedEx deliveries including financials received by a PARTS MANAGER, then distributed to the proper person. They don't see any possible problems with having ALL deliveries received by a PARTS MANAGER!!! I have been dealing with Gen Mgr Brian Walker who was supposed to watch for the second check's delivery so that it would NOT get lost and the check still got lost again. I can see why this company is NOT BBB accredited! Now, I've been handed off to a Jason Hiraiwa in the Finance Dept. I've left voice messages for Jason twice with NO response from him. This dealership has some serious problems and it proves that even MORONS can find jobs! I'm NOT leaving any star rating because they deserve less than one star!!! More

took my Lexus Rx350 in for first service maintenance. Waited in the lobby for it to be finished. Cindy Noun was the Service Advisor. The only thing that bothered me is my settings for lights was turned off &I did not realize it until I was driving in the dark with no lights. My dash board had no lights as well and settings were changed. I had to park to fix everything before I could get back on the road. More
