Made an appointment for 7/16 and was on time to my appt. Waited 20 minutes in line to even check in for service. Once I was help, I was told that my service rep that was assigned to the appt was out that da Waited 20 minutes in line to even check in for service. Once I was help, I was told that my service rep that was assigned to the appt was out that day (shouldn't be a big deal to just reassign me but it slowed down my visit as the check in team didn't know where he was and was on the radio asking if that person was even in today). Got helped finally and was told 3 hour wait for my 5,000 mile maintenance. Was closer to 4 hours (8:40 appt, called at 12:30 to pick up) and when I arrived back the service rep I was reassigned to that had just called me was gone even though she had just called me and I arrived at the service area in less than 30 minutes. She left no instruction of what to do when I arrived and didn't even say she would be gone and to see the cashier or anything. Took another 20 min to pick up my car as I had to walk back and forth from pick up to cashier and back to pick up/valet runners to bring my car up. Not impressed that it was a 4.5 hour ordeal to get my tires rotated and fluids topped off.. Won't be back to this dealership for service if I can help it..... Didn't buy my car there for this very reason. There service is trash and only want to make a sale. More

I got lots of reminders re my appointment. Mr. phar was on time. Explained to me what is needed to be done and gave expected time to complete the job. No delayed waiting time. Again Mr. Pha Mr. phar was on time. Explained to me what is needed to be done and gave expected time to complete the job. No delayed waiting time.
