Terrible service and communication with Elmira. Elmira did not know her vehicle information, pricing and didn't pay attention to the research I told her I already had made on her car. I told her I had cash ready to buy a $115k car and had a 800+ credit score ready to buy. She lied to me about "add ons" and DMV requirements and played the old bait and switch with me. Told me there were thousands in extras on the car and I'm looking at the window sticker and it was actually a couple of hundred and included already in their price. When she felt like I was on to her, she told me they were no longer able to sell me the car because it takes my county 2-3 months to get my car registered which is a LIE! This dealership employs shady, dishonest and fraudulent, uneducated individuals. I would NEVER buy a car from them again! More

My brand new Lexus has been in the shop for three days and no one will tell me what's going on. This is my 7th Lexus from this dealership and I have never encountered a problem like this. I had an appointment for a lease buy-out. During the appointment a few things happened that I was not happy with. First, during the financing process with Sam, when going over my personal inf During the appointment a few things happened that I was not happy with. First, during the financing process with Sam, when going over my personal information I pointed out that my SSN was incorrect. Right away it was as if I was wrong. I repeatedly told him one the digits was incorrect and suggested he look at the credit application I had completed to see that what I had entered. His paperwork showed an incorrect digit. When he went to the person who did the credit check he learned that that person had entered it incorrectly. However, he made me feel like it was my fault. When I told him I needed an Optional Contract since I would be financing through my credit union, he said the paperwork didn't state that. I told him that it was the sales person, David Macias, suggestion to do that since the credit union had a lower interest rate. When Sam checked with David, he confirmed that I in fact did need a Optional Contract. Again, no fault of my own but Sam made me feel like it was my fault that the paperwork he had been given didn't state that, even though that's not my job as a customer. When David passed by Sam's office, Sam told him the paperwork needed to state "Optional Contract" to which David replied that it was someone else's fault. Then Sam told me that my credit union would have three business days to get the funds to them otherwise I would incur a large interest rate and fee. This surprised both my husband and me as David had told us we had 30 days to work with our credit union. I have never done a lease to buy so I had no idea who was telling me the truth so I had to call my credit union to get the correct information. I did not appreciate what I felt to be dishonesty to get the sale. As we were going through all of this, two other Lexus employees could be heard arguing in the hallway with one of them using the f-word. I thought this was very unprofessional to do with customers around. They were in an office and could easily have closed the door. Sam had to go out and tell them to be quite. Overall, I left the dealership a bit disappointed in the service I received, especially given the reputation Lexus has. More
