Hello Pete was my service advisor and he went above and beyond. I perchases my car at another dealer and have a service contract through them. Nothing came up on my account and didn’t show the warrenty se beyond. I perchases my car at another dealer and have a service contract through them. Nothing came up on my account and didn’t show the warrenty service. He called the dealer I bought the car through they gave him the information than called them warranty place and got all the info I needed. I was greatful because I’ve been there before for service and a female I can’t remember her name wouldn't do that and told me I had to pay for the service. So I didn’t get it done I walked out. So having Pete going the extra mile made it very easy. Thanks again Pete!!!! More

Clean, well organized, knowledgeable, the car is completed when they say it will be done. Everyone is friendly and helpful which is surprising with the turn-over of service writers. This was not only my first time buying a Lexus but my first time at this dealership. I am always hesitant when entering a new relationship with a dealership, but this was a hit. My salesperson Johnathan first time at this dealership. I am always hesitant when entering a new relationship with a dealership, but this was a hit. My salesperson Johnathan was utterly amazing. He explained everything about the process was not high pressure and always told me how it was. In the end, he even went out of his way to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I was able to obtain my brand new 2023 Lexus ES 300h hybrid straight from the factory and she is a beauty. Thank you, Johnathon, for keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
