Great service! I had some concern about my car, my car would do a popping sound when reversing. I scheduled appointment with Alex Cruz, the service rep, who helped in getting my car checked by a technician as soon as possible. It had to be left over the weekend due to time constraint. The staff are very courteous, friendly and effic for more than 7 years and pleased to say that my overall experience has been nothing but excellent. The staff are very courteous, friendly and efficient. I like that the process now for getting a loaner in addition to the checking in and picking up the car - has been streamlined avoiding waiting and going to different departments. My service agent, Linda Frammel has displayed great customer skills evidenced by her professionalism, patience and thorough explanation of the kinds of services needed for my car.
