It was an effort to get a free loaner car especially since I just bought the car from them within the last 30 days and the reason for being there was because there was a problem with something in the trunk and I live 45 minutes away so it is an effort to bring the car in with no car to go home with. By the way, they had my car for free repair for 8 days. Can you imagine the cost of me renting a car. They finally gave me a loaner car.. thank you
