I have purchased vehicles from private sellers, dealers small and large and I have never had a worse experience than at Cerritos. While the GM rectified a lot of the issues (it however took me writing a 5 small and large and I have never had a worse experience than at Cerritos. While the GM rectified a lot of the issues (it however took me writing a 5 page letter sent FedEx to him and Lexus Corporate as well as Autonation) and the salesman they reassigned the situation to was amazing (Val) the initial sales experience was hostile and horrible. The stress they caused and the games they played were inappropriate. Would I buy a car from Val? Absolutely! His great communication was excellent and he is a nice guy. Understood what I wanted and got it done. I wish he had been the original salesperson Would I buy a car from this dealer? As long as the same staff (with the exception of Val and the GM) are in place probably not. More
