Christopher “Chris” Hung was an excellent salesperson. He was very professional, helpful and understanding of the situation I had financially and availability. He was not pushy at any time but, listened He was very professional, helpful and understanding of the situation I had financially and availability. He was not pushy at any time but, listened and accommodated me in request I had. During my time to pick up the car, he showed me the car, showed me the options the car had that I needed to know and answered any questions I had. Chris even set up my iPhone to be compatible with the IS system. It took me several weeks to finally decide on which car I wanted and was there anytime I messaged him. I am very happy with my purchase and Chris was a big part of how I feel about the car and my interactions with Lexus of Cerritos. Thank you Chris and keep up the amazing job! More
