I recently purchased a used Lexus IS250 and initially my experience was great, unfortunately once I left not so great. The vehicle I was purchasing came with 2 keys according to the paperwork and the salesm experience was great, unfortunately once I left not so great. The vehicle I was purchasing came with 2 keys according to the paperwork and the salesman that was helping us however when it was time to leave they couldn’t find my other key and said they would call me the next day and ship it to me or program me a new one if they were unable to locate my key but I have yet to here from them and it’s been a month now. I’ve called and spoken with several people and everyone gives me the same answer that they will call me back with the details about getting me a new key. More
