Terrible experience at this dealership. Not only were they very unresponsive but the salesman (Ben) actually hung up in my face when I questioned him about the status of my approval. Not only that he nerve to insinuate that my business illegitimate. My family has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. To make matters worse, his superior (Mustafa) responded to my complaint by saying ‘ What do you want me to fire him? Will that make you feel better?’ If this isn’t unprofessional and poor treatment of a customer then I don’t know what is. Yes, he needs to be fired. We as customers are always right. My experience with this dealership is very sour. I bought a Lexus Certified vehicle and had a problem with the plastic trim staying in place. It turned out that the rear glass was replaced with an af bought a Lexus Certified vehicle and had a problem with the plastic trim staying in place. It turned out that the rear glass was replaced with an after market, non Lexus part, glass. They wont replace the glass claiming it is not covered by the warranty. The sour experience I had with this dealership is from start to finish. You cant get a hold of them and it took finance to payoff my trade-in almost 21 days which is the limit by law. I had to pay my loan so I wont be in default. The salesperson, Elliot Gorski, pretends that he;s on top of things but let me down trying to address the problem with the trim. Twice on the phone he was agressively confronting as if he is picking an arguement. This not the way you want to be treated in a Lexus dealership. It feels like a third hand car dealership. Stay away from this place. More

Beware of this dealership, this place is scam. I when to this dealership because is closest to me. The salesman was no knowledge to all, all they want is your money and sell you at vehicle then kick you out this dealership because is closest to me. Don't buy a car from this dealership. My wife and I purchased a BMW X1 from this dealership on June 13, 2020. Fast forward to October 17th, 2020 and the entire break system needs to be replaced after d purchased a BMW X1 from this dealership on June 13, 2020. Fast forward to October 17th, 2020 and the entire break system needs to be replaced after driving less than 5,000 miles. The sales rep sold us on a insurance policy to cover the interior and exterior for any scratches, fading, tears, stains, etc. Called the insurance coverage to come out and repair a scratch on the rear bumper only to learn that scratches are not covered. Which is exactly the opposite of what the sales rep at the dealership told us. After 6 months I am already out almost $3,000 for brakes and an insurance policy that doesn't cover what they said it would cover. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More
Horrible buying experience with salesperson Jonathan Marcial Nunez, I send him the picture of the vehicle with stock # that I want, and he did me a quote with great price ($2000 lower than the other dea Marcial Nunez, I send him the picture of the vehicle with stock # that I want, and he did me a quote with great price ($2000 lower than the other dealer quote me the same options and package vehicle) to attract me to drop up and pickup the vehicle. I did sent more 5 emails back and forth with the same stock # vehicle information photo attached in all email to confirm all details with him before I drop by and pickup the vehicle. When the time I drop by, he did pull out the vehicle I am asking for and test drive it everything went smoothly until I start signing the documents. Jonathan told me the price he quoted me is other vehicle without navigation, 360 view camera.... without those options make his quote is $1000 more than other dealership quote me. When I about to leave he say he have another vehicle have the exact options can do price match with the quote that I got from other dealer. Exactly matching the price not bidding. Take him half hours to pull another vehicle to show me. This time the price of the vehicle is matched and all documents signed then I went to pickup the vehicle he prepared for me. I asked him how come there is no cargo mats and he said it is not included, then I asked him how to operate the kick sensor, he told me the vehicle didn’t equipped. I start getting really upset, he just sold me the vehicle that equipped less options to match the price, and not exact package and optional equipments that on the quote I shown him. Also, when I drive the vehicle home I found two dead ants/ bugs sitting on inside the front doom light housing lens, I call him and he never return my call. Also, when I setup Lexus app the day after I pickup my RX, the app shown my RX have 496 miles but my odometer only have 45 miles, I guess maybe the app haven’t get connect to my RX or something wrong with the App since 3 days later the App shown mileages matched my odometer. When I check my RX service record, it has one pre-delivery inspection on 10/15/2020 with 9 miles which a month before I purchase. The weird part is all my purchase agreements and when the time I pickup (11/15/2020) only showing 5 miles. I am not sure they did adjust or reset the odometer after every test drive or staff driving before sale to customer. Hard to imagine the vehicle sitting in parking lot for a month, not moving vehicle around? No test drive? Even no one touch the vehicle for a month, but took out all plastic wrap, car wash, fill up the gas...odometer still stay at 5 miles. I just recall all my vehicle test drive in Lexus of Cerritos are 5 miles. Horrible salesman and buying experience, never never never go to Lexus of Cerritos again. I contacted Longo Lexus for assist on the ant inside the map light lens, they did setup an next day appointment and spend an hour to clean it up for me without any charge. More
Worst unprofessional sales person in Dealership. I contacted Jonathan and show him the screen shot of the RX model I am interested in stock for a quote. He did sent me a great deal ( I emailed him more than three times with the same RX stock # picture). When I drop by and test drive that RX, and ready to sign the documents. He gave me another price which 3k more, and told me that the quote he keep emailing is another lower trim RX. I took the RX he was quoted me and show him a quote from other dealership and he did price match for that RX for me (exactly same price not biding price) and said have the same packages and options. After I signed all documents, I walked to checkout my RX and asked him how to use some of equipments (ie kick sensor, assistant auto braking... ) and he said those options only available in upper trim, it is not equipped with the RX I just bought. He told me is same package and options in the quote I shown him, now is totally different and less options. I was really upset what kind of price match was??? Sell me the RX with same price but less equipments??? Then, he took out the window sticker and tried to show me my RX don’t have such options. In fact, my RX did equipped those options just he don’t know, It is really unprofessional. Whatever I asked he never check before answer the questions he don’t know and not sure. Finally, since it was late afternoon around 7pm the parts department was close, he promised mail me two key gloves. It have been a month and I still not received. I messaged him last week, he returned a message to me after I send two emails and bunches of messages (within 3 days) saying he already gave me a great deal and key gloves are not included with my RX. I can’t imagine a sales person is not willing to solve issues with customer and told me that he doesn’t care I leave negative feedback and comments for my shopping experience. He is not only representing their dealership, also represents Lexus customer service. He should keep his promise and did follow up with the customer. Anyway, he told me that he will sent it out once they have it in stock. I can’t believe a dealership don’t have key gloves in stock for more than a month. Addition: when I arrived home I found two dead ant body laying inside my doom light housing. I think the way they keep and check vehicles before are really bad. More

Airbag recall I took my car in for an airbag recall and left with punctures in my seat. Once I brought this issue to their attention I was told to call back tomorrow since my Service Rep Jose left for the day. I called and was told that I would have to wait several days before I could bring my car back. I scheduled a pickup time at 1:00 with Jose once the work was done and Jose was not back from lunch to help me. The workmanship on the repair was below average. You can tell where the seat was torn. BTW no one ever apologized for the inconvenience of damaging my seat. Go to Longo instead. More
Nightmare There was a recall for the dashboard of my Lexus GX 470. I took the car to Lexus of Cerritos in March of 2017 and they replaced the dashboard. After few months the dashboard started making noise. It got to a point that the noise became very annoying. So I called the dealership and explained the situation. They made an appointment for the next day and even said that I would get a loaner car. Next day when I took the car to Lexus of Cerritos they said in order for them to examine the problem they would have to remove the dashboard and that by itself would cost me $495. I explained to their service assistant manager, Sonia, that the noise comes from the dashboard that they have installed and I should not pay for them checking their poor workmanship. She talked to the manager and agreed to check the dashboard free of charge. And she said there were no loaner cars so I had to wait 3-4 hours or take an Uber, go back home and come back again. Since I live about 40 miles away, I decided to wait for the car. After about 45 minutes, their technician came and said since each technician is an independent contractor somebody has to pay for the work. Lexus of Cerritos would not pay them and therefore I would have to pay. Once I said that I would not pay so they can check their work, he agreed to remove the dashboard and check the noise. Ten minutes later he came back and said he doesn't need to remove the dashboard and the noise is not from the dashboard, but the connection between the dashboard and speaker. A total nonsense. When they replaced the old dashboard they would have to disconnect the speaker and reattach it to the new dashboard. So if there was noise coming from the connection, it must have been because they did not connect it well. To make the long story short they refused to take responsibility for the lousy job they did. And I am left with a dashboard that keeps making an annoying noise. I will never, ever goback to Lexus of Cerritos again. More
