Bad customer seevice Was lied to in order to make me buy a new car Gave up my old lease and ended up getting billed for money they said I wouldn’t owe. Now my calls ge Was lied to in order to make me buy a new car Gave up my old lease and ended up getting billed for money they said I wouldn’t owe. Now my calls get ignored. Lost a good customer over a few dollars. Mgmt is no help and just sends messages through the salesman for me to work out the issue with lexus. I’ll pay the $215 and my service n future sales will be elsewhere. Your loss Lexus of Brooklyn More
