Budget pre-owned I wen't to this dealership just because it had a overall great rating than most of dealerships around my area. I've been to multiple dealerships and d I wen't to this dealership just because it had a overall great rating than most of dealerships around my area. I was looking for something for my budget as I was constantly going back-and-forth in the city. Cindy spent awhile with me because I was particular with what car can work for me and she did it. I have been driving a Lexus for about 20 years now and after experiencing poor service at the Lexus dealerships close to me I felt that streak was goi I have been driving a Lexus for about 20 years now and after experiencing poor service at the Lexus dealerships close to me I felt that streak was going to come to an end. I live on Long Island so I searched for cars through every Lexus dealership within 75 miles and found the model I eventually purchased at Lexus of Brooklyn. My salesman Billal was professional and answered my questions within a timely fashion through email within his schedule. When he didn’t an assistant tried to answer. Now for the dealership, a little hard to figure out how to get into but what place in Brooklyn isn’t? I walked into the concierge and she cleared everything up for me and told me where to access the free valet parking. I waited in the lounge for Billal which was pretty amazing. Sandwiches, snacks, water etc. Almost makes me think twice against driving 51 miles to get my car serviced when it needs to be. Billal greeted me professionally and showed me the two vehicles I wanted to see. After deciding on one even the manager came over to offer me assistance on making my decision. Needless to say we agreed on the details and literally I could not be happier. I thank Billal and the team at Lexus of Brooklyn for keeping me in a Lexus for many more years to come. More
