In course of years, Mr. Greg Sconzo addressed each of our requirements with great care and understanding making every possible attempt to meet our needs. He truly made us feel comfortable and very well taken care of with personalized attention and an extra "Sconzo" touch that really makes one feel special. Our recent encounter was last week when we were getting a new 2011 RX350. It was carried out by Mr. Joseph Ondo, who took care of every step and transaction addressing all our needs. Friendly, attentive and caring, working with him was very quick, smooth and pleasant. Once again, Mr. Sconzo and Mr. Ondo made us feel really "at home". The experience was as if we we're dealing with friends. John Pagano was our salesman. He was personable, spent more than ample time explaining the ES350 to us, had patience with our many questions, and didn't pressure us into buying one car over another. He was very knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles, and a pleasure to deal with. John was kind enough to ask Gregory Sconzo, the sales manager, to speak to us. He also was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The next person to help us was Jerry Petitto, the Lexus consultant. He helped us with financing and adding additional items to our ES350. He also had a wealth of knowledge to help us in decisions we made. Our Lexus experience was comfortable, pleasant, and informative. After completeing the paperwork, we had an excellent explaination, by John Pagano, about the features of our new car. He demonstrated how to work the GPS, CD, radio etc. We were so grateful for the overview of the workings of the car. We were so happy to deal with such pleasant, competent professionals. Having dealt with Bay Ridge Lexus in the past, we know that any service we need with be prompt and efficient. THIS DEALERSHIP IS "FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY". I've leased 2 Lexus (IS 250 and GS 350) from Tom Lam in Bay Ridge Lexus. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Greg always give me good deal on cars too. I just hate fees that are mentioned at the end of an agreement. There is a 995 dealer fee added on at the end of the buying process. This dealership is not really willing to come down on price at all, i think the most they were willing to come down was 400 dollars on a 29000 vehicle. The atmosphere is great and the dealers are friendly. More
They were advertising a great deal on a 04 Prius. I called at 12:30 to see if they had it it. Chris told me they did and I told him I would be there in one hour. I drove from Central NJ to Brooklyn ready to purchase the car. I arrived at 1:15 after paying $17 in tolls to get to Brooklyn to be told Chris was the scheduler and that a salesman (John) would be helping me. I stood around for 15 min waiting for John only for him to come out and tell me the car was sold last night. At this I was really upset and John told me to leave my information so he could let me know if they get anything else in. I told him after this I would not be interested in ever doing business with their dealership. Beware of this dealership with their switch and bait tactics. More

My experiences with Bay Ridge Lexus are all terrific. They, the service and the sales folks really make me, the customer feel as if I was the only customer they ever had. They expedite my visit as I am usually on my way to work and pressed for time. Last time, the fleet manager, Cecil was starting the loaner paper work and process as I drove into the Service driveway. My service representative Chris also is immediately attentive and anxious to know my concerns and what I want done or inspected, under the watchful eye of Patel the service manager. I always get "my moneys worth and then some". I bring my own oil, Mobil 1 synthetic, which they use without hesitation. They with me, have held council with the chief mechanic to explain the issues and the technology to me directly. I get a car wash as well every time. My experiences with Bay Ridge Lexus have been exemplary since 1990 when I got our first ES250 and thru the times starting in 2002 since when our family had 2 Lexus cars. Both are running great . The 1999 RX300, with 144,000 miles runs like brand new thanks to the Bay Ridge service group. Thank you guys for giving me the LEXUS experience. I would recommend Bay Ridge Lexus as the premier Lexus dealer in NY and perhaps in the USA. I am confident in the performance and reliability of my Lexus cars thanks to the Bay Ridge LEXUS Service group. Thanks again, you all deserve a 5 across the board. Finally, the service gruop knows how much I rely on my cars and as such thoroughly inspects my cars and recommends repairs when needed.
