At this point, I was convinced there was little opportunity to witness continued excellence, as the only reason to return to the dealership was for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance. Service Consultant - Jason Rodriquez was assigned to my vehicle from day one. Although my vehicle is now 5yrs old with 29k and demonstrates below avg to normal wear and tear, Jason continues to treat all visits with the same level of urgency...and that to me, is priceless! He's very attentive, provides details on what the possible issue/care being performed, honest and has even gone to mgmt without my direction on one visit, to see if he could have the deal of the week for last week honored, for the current maintenance being performed. That demonstrates character & loyalty that I continue to appreciate, even greater than the experience of the purchase. Upon coming to this Lexus Dealership we've found a car on their website. When we showed up we were greeted, right away, by Harry who showed us the car that we were interested in, actually there were few opti their website. He took us for a test drive, and a pretty far one, comparing with other dealerships that we dealt in the past. And the car we drove - that's the one we fell in love with. We got a 2012 year car with very low mileage (when there were 2013 (new) ones), and after the clean up that they did - it was a brand new car, really! Harry was very polite, very informative about each car, had reasonable bargaining skills, and every time we had to wait a bit for this or that approval he would always make sure to check up on us. We would recommend him as a car salesman. We had to finish up some extra accessories installment few days later, and service was great! Not like other dealerships that forget every promise they made once you've paid and went out the door. The Bay Ridge Lexus lounge is very nice, has food, TV and lots of sunshine - it is nice to spend time in. More
