I had looked at Lexus Dealerships across the country and none of them had gone out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of like John Pagano. Came in to trade in my car for a new one - they were back-ordered, and I said I'd wait. Was told by this guy that the trade-in value would be honored as 'buy' value - until when I came to finalize the back-ordered, and I said I'd wait. Was told by this guy that the trade-in value would be honored as 'buy' value - until when I came to finalize the deal, and he backpedaled. The guy is essentially computer illilterate - he produced a new "estimate" for the trade-in, that was time-stamped as being done by him, while he walked away during our conversation. I would not recommend dealership - and certainly will think about other brands, as this one does not value customer value or brand value! More

When I go to service my car I'm always very stressed because I have an older model Rx 300 and for past few years I've had to spend a lot of money to maintain it. However, no matter what the cost, I feel that the staff are very professional and have advised me properly as to the necessity of the repairs. I leave there feeling very confident about the quality of work and the over all experience. The last person I see is generally Joanne Rizzo, who has to be the kindest, most polite, most professional cashier of all the Lexus dealerships. I don't know how much money she makes, but she deserves a raise! Also, kudos for recognizing the talent in Chris and making him a manager. Now it's time to give him a Lexus!!! See you in six months. I recently purchased a LX570 from Sky Liang. He is by far the best salesman I had ever met. Sky was very friendly and not pushy at all, he didn't have a sales person sound pitch which wanted you to buy the c the best salesman I had ever met. He went above and beyond with the service for me and my husband. We have purchased other new cars in the past but the experience was not like this one at all. I cannot praise this dealer enough. He answered all my questions with concise answers and, if there was a decision to be made, he came in to describe my options in enough detail to enable me to make that decision quickly. I felt quite comfortable in the waiting room, with snacks, drinks, a TV, and comfy chairs while I was waiting for my test drive. The experience was truly amazing. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and Sky was able to provide courteous service, and definitely did not waste my time with sales techniques as did other dealers. I would definitely go back to him for another car. Thank you so much! More
